• Assisting team in client tax information organization and distribution

Your team
You’ll be working in the Hilton Group team in Newport, Rhode Island. This position is a support position to help the team service our clients. As a Administrative Assistant, you’ll play an important role on the team to achieve that goal.
Your expertise
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• ideally 2 years or more of experience in client service
• bachelor degree preferred
• series 7 and 66 licenses not required, but preferred (for registered CSAs only)
