We’re looking for a Portfolio Management Officer to:

• run end to end modern technology transformation projects mainly supporting the UK & Jersey EMEA regions
• support the program manager in the portfolio of initiatives by actively managing your project’s risk, adequate reporting and hands on project management delivery.
• support the division, stream, crew, and initiative managers with PMO activities (e.g., resource planning, effort estimation, strategic capacity planning, conflict resolution, etc.)
• support the production and maintenance of project documentation

Your team

You’ll be working in the WMPC EMEA Technology team in Poland in Wroclaw. A team of growing Pods that have been successfully adding value to the whole EMEA region through application development, quality assurance, software component management, Initiative management, leading team culture and more.

Your expertise

• ideally 3 years of project management/ PMO experience support initiatives within the finance sector technology space
• good understanding of operational processes and project methodology, SDLC framework, ideally in an agile environment and waterfall
• familiarity with GSNOW, Confluence, GitLab, SharePoint, MS team and the MS suite in general.
• great communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• solid organizational skills, known for hitting deadlines
• highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative
• Advanced verbal and written English language skills is a must
• Experience reporting to senior stakeholders
