Your role

We're looking for Wealth Management Operations Trade Support Team Lead to:
• execute the processes and controls your team is responsible for in a timely, accurate and complete manner
• input data in trade booking systems (Equities, Bonds, Funds, Discretionary Mandate, OTC Derivatives)
• set up Instruments in front office system
• reconcile Inter-system data
• handle asset transfer requests.
• understand internal procedures and lead the team effectively
• liaise and resolve issues with IT
• fulfill internal control requirements, which include vender, contract and records managements
• be involved in system UAT and projects
• work across the teams and functions to get the optimal solution or course of action

Your team

You’ll be working in the WM Trade Support team under WM Operations. We maintain relationships with key stakeholders globally including onshore and offshore locations to support transaction processing and relevant requests. We handle variety of internal and external client queries relating to BAU and we make sure that they are actioned in a timely and appropriate manner.

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• able to communicate in native level Japanese and business level English
• able to think creatively, flexibly and think logically to solve problems
• strong collaboration and leadership skills
• interested in digitalization and have an affinity with technology
• knowledge on retail securities brokerage (e.g. Tokutei Accounts) would be an advantage.
• Middle office experience would be preferred
