Your role

Are you highly organized and process driven? Do you keep an eye on all the important details, even when multitasking? Do you want to contribute to the historic merger of two largest Swiss banks?

We're looking for an Intern into HR Operations Swiss Leave and Absence to:

• deliver high quality HR services according to agreed service level agreements
• support our clients located in Switzerland in answering their leave related queries
• stay on top of and ensure compliance to internal policies and processes
• working in collaboration with other team members and Stakeholders to establish and maintain a confidential and trusted work environment
• support continuous process improvement initiatives

Your team

You'll be working in the Swiss Leave and Absence Team that is a part of Global Service Delivery stream located in Green Day Office in Wroclaw in Szczytnicka .Working with multiple Stakeholders hand-in hand, we keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them primarily via e-mail or through our ticketing system.

Your expertise

• proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• self-motivation with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
• strong attention to detail combined with successful time management and prioritization skills
• high degree of client orientation and true service-oriented mindset
• good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)
• very good written and spoken English (knowledge of the second language is an asset
