Your role

Are you interested in Investment Fund industry? Do you have an appetite for dealing with investment funds controls and NAV calculations? Are you detailed oriented and able to proactively analyze potential discrepancies within Funds’ world?

We’re looking for a Pricing Specialist - Fund Accounting to:

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly transaction related processing connected with NAV calculation for Luxembourgish, Swiss and Irish domiciled funds
• Process following type of transactions: stock trades, futures, options, forwards, Transfer Agent activities and many others.
• Process various mandatory & voluntary Corporate Actions events
• Conduct security setup and maintenance of various instrument types such as equities, bonds, ETD & OTC derivatives
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of cash and stock records related to NAV calculation for Luxembourgish, Swiss and Irish domiciled funds including alternative funds
• Handle and resolve breaks between Fund Accounting and Custody
• Handle the most critical set of tasks for entire NAV value chain

Asset Servicing offers a unique opportunity in taking part in our strategic business growth initiative. We are heavily investing in our organization in Poland, while significantly transforming our business. The foreseeable future will be eventful, as we are planning to upgrade our platform, grow substantially in terms of assets under administration as well as by the client base.
Several functions in Wroclaw and Krakow, such as Fund Accounting, Alternative Investments, Valuations, Investment Guidelines Monitoring, Transfer Agency and Project Management will be further developed over the next years. As a member of the team, you’ll play an important role in delivering relevant outputs for our clients. We are dedicated to support one another and our business partners. You will work within international environment and collaborate with our colleagues in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland on a daily basis. We are looking for a colleague with a passion and high standards.

Your expertise

• proven experience in Fund Accounting related roles (1+ years)
• detailed understanding of financial markets instruments such as Fixed Income, Equity and Derivatives
• demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment
• outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
• ability to manage work under high time pressure and focus on a day-to-day process enhancement
• Excel skills at advanced level or higher would be an asset.
