Your role

Overall ownership for assigned Equity Plan Services corporate relationships and plan administration; accountable for all aspects of service delivery, project management and client retention initiatives. You will work closely with WWS network advisors and home office partners, proactively identifying opportunities to expand the corporate relationship and deepen connections. This role may include line management responsibilities including but not limited to direct supervision, team building strategy, employee coaching, and performance management. This role may include travel (10-20%), dependent upon the needs of assigned client population. We are looking for someone with these qualities who can:

• Ensure the delivery of products and services, in-line with the prescribed offering for an assigned set of clients
• Work closely with Relationship Managers, Service Managers and relevant team leads to develop strategies for core services including: execution, administration, wealth management, and accounting support for assigned client set
• Develop company specific business strategies
• Continuously identify ways to improve service delivery and the efficiency of operational processes
• Develop a deep network of internal partners across Operations, Technology, and Product to deliver an exceptional experience for our corporate clients
• Maintain a deep understanding of UBS plan administration platforms, processing activities, workflow and specific client/plan requirements
• Partner with Lead Financial Advisors; communicates at an executive level to ensure they are kept abreast of issues relating to corporate clients and consulted in service decisions as required
• Ensure assigned Plan Administration and Plan Management team members are meeting client deliverables
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client, FA, and home office escalation
• Ensure proper maintenance and signoff of client procedures, profiles, runbooks, and manuals in accordance with business requirements
• Effectively communicate and present to UBS senior management as well as corporate client representatives utilizing Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
• Provide industry guidance and share best practices with corporate clients
• Manage assigned client sets, including regular review to improve existing terms, re-negotiations, pricing changes and amendments for product additions and special projects
• Use data effectively to make and support decisions pertaining to the servicing of assigned client relationships

Workplace Wealth Solutions provides equity plan administration and brokerage services to corporate plan sponsors and plan participants. Our goal is to provide corporate solutions that drive new and retain existing corporate relationships in addition to providing insight and advice to participants regarding their equity plan awards and broader financial wellness.

As a member of the Equity Plan Client Service team, this role will report to the Equity Plan Client Team Lead and will be responsible for managing client service and plan administration activities for an assigned group of clients.

Your expertise

You have:
• Deep understanding of equity plan compensation and the Wealth Management industry
• Ability to balance corporate responsibility and sound risk management opposite client needs
• Ability to collaborate across the organization and influence key stakeholders
• Past experience working with Financial Advisors
• Interpersonal / People interaction: exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills, ability to prioritize work load and effectively manage stakeholder expectations
• Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills necessary to identify and implement solutions
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance or equivalent experience required
• CEP designation or willingness to pursue preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, equity compensation consulting or issuer plan management
