Your role

You will be part of dynamic team, currently focusing on couple of key initiatives like building the new UI of the Monaco Life Insurance tool, integrating it with backend, key business functionality implementation and transforming application to be cloud ready. Even if the position is located in Poland, you will be fully integrated in the Monaco IT team.

• You will be actively contributing to transform the application to adopt the new UI tech stack.
• Own and deliver features end to end.
• Implementation of new business requirements.
• Active contribution in decision making process of new architecture pattern for application.
• Situational connect with business stakeholders, to directly present the work done and take feedback on the same.
• Ensure the right configuration and deployment of the applications in their ecosystem (ISS, Tomcat, Apache…)
• Performed third level of support on in house developed application of Monaco location.
• Maintain documentations and systems (ISAC, SERA, MERs, ECMS…etc) up to date from the in house developed applications.

Your team

You will be part of the Poland WMPC EMEA Technology team. Our software and tools are at the heart of the Monaco Branch where we provide bank-wide solutions to support the business processes in these functions. The team is global based in Poland and France. Together with us you will work in a fast-paced environment that develops, implements, and maintains mission critical information systems to the -Business Intelligence community.

Your expertise

• Ideally 2-5 years of work experience in full-stack development JAVA/J2EE based web application at enterprise level.
• Hands-on experience in Spring 3.x+ modules like Core, MVC, Security, JDBC & JPA.
• Good understanding of RDBMS like Oracle, PostgreSql
• Good understanding of JSP, Servlet and ReactJs.
• Fair understanding on UNIX/linux/Windows system.
• Exposure to GIT, Junit, Sonar, conceptual knowledge of CI/CD.
• Experience of Agile Methodology.
