Your role

Do you have a knack for technology? Do you have an analytic mind? Are you a shrewd evaluator of risk?
We’re looking for someone like that who can:
− Knowledge of Information security, access management, business continuity management,
operational control and understanding of risks & vulnerabilities
− Handle exceptions requests to enterprise requirement control laid down by organization cyber risk
policy by analysing the risk scenario
− develop and maintain an effective network of relationships with stakeholders and control
functions involved in risk assessment
− Effectively draft the findings of the risk analysis and risk assessment and communicate it across
diverse stakeholders
− Demonstrate strong investigative and analytical skills
− Work with a newly designed risk management process, identify opportunities for the
improvement and drive the process improvement
− handle queries / clarifications from requestor / application Team for the respective exception
requests
− participate in initiatives to improve Risk Assessment processes, and related tools/templates and
provide feedback

Your team

You'll be working in a global team that manages / performs IT Risk exception requests risk review with
the objective of evaluating if the exception requests raised for the enterprise requirement control laid
down by the organisation cyber security policy meet the defined standards.
The team is part of Group CISO function of UBS dedicated to providing IT Risk advisory and governance
services across all the business divisions of UBS across the globe.

Your expertise

- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in a role like this
− the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude
− prior working experience in Banking and/or Finance industries in security and risk domain
− good analytical skills and investigative approach to problem solving
− expertise in building cross team network and connections
− experience in working with multiple teams (local, virtual/global) and ability to co-ordinate and
manage tasks
− bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology / Cyber Security / Computer
Science or related disciplines
− certifications like CISA/ CISM/ CRISC/ CCSA/ CCSK will be an advantage
