Your role

Are you passionate about Global Financial Markets and the fascinating world of Foreign Exchange Markets and Currency derivatives? Are you great at giving advice? Do you know how to nurture client relationships?

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic individual for our FX Direct Access Client Sales team who can:

• develop and provide expert advisory and execution services in foreign exchange for primarily Wealth Management clients and Global Family Offices.
• develop and maintain close partnership with internal stakeholders and strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• monitor market trends and provide clients with timely insights and recommendations
• execute Foreign Exchange transactions efficiently and accurately, leveraging on our state-of-the-art FX Neo platform developed by our Investment Bank
• collaborate with internal product partners and our research team (CIO) to align product recommendations with our CIO research view
• be the product owner of FX spot and FX derivatives to ensure good understanding of the front-to-back value chain, handovers and interfaces with other functions
• ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies

You will be part of the Unified Global Markets FX team. The team provides investment advices and FX related education to Wealth Management Clients, Global Family Offices and the Client Advisors who trade and invest in FX and Commodities Over-The-Counter (OTC) products and Structured Notes. The team also provides execution

Your expertise

• A university degree, post-graduate studies a plus
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Foreign exchange sales or related role within Investment Bank or Private bank
• Good understanding of Foreign Exchange and Precious Metals products
• able to establish new business relationships across a diverse client base
• successful track record in relationship management
• adaptable to changing market situations, regulatory, technology and business needs
• track record of being able to implement, deliver and accept challenges
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin, Cantonese and English speaking as the role will service clients from Greater China
