Your role
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and management of our financial messaging products, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with our business objectives.
Additional you lead a team of talented Business Analysts, driving excellence in business analysis practices and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients needs.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for financial messaging products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans.
• Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to financial messaging identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Ensure alignment of business analysis activities with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of the business analysis community within the organization.

You’ll be working in the Global Messaging Capability Unit of Group Technology in Zürich.
We are looking for a Senior Tech Product Manager for Global Messaging and a skilled and experienced Senior Chapter Lead for Business Analysts to join our team.
Your expertise
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in product management, with a focus on financial messaging or related technologies (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022, SIC, SEPA, CHIPS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and Written command on English language.
• At least 15 years of experience working within Global Financial and Messaging and Payments domain .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of Leading a global team while being an individual contributor for critical Large scale project.
