• manage and support the delivery of a variety of projects in the Output area
• analyze and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
• conduct analysis on processes, root causes, business impact and cost benefit
• identify opportunities to improve our processes and recommend changes
• develop into an Output business SME

Your team

You’ll be working in P&C Operations with teams around the world. Our purpose is to always enhance the client experience now and for the future. We are the operational process experts that are delivering excellence while focusing on operational risk and commercial targets.
You’ll be a member of the Global Output Change Management Team located in Zurich. In your role you’ll be working closely with our Operations colleagues to understand their challenges and requirements that form the basis for our Agile delivery organization.

Your expertise

• you have strong problem-solving skills and are able to define and apply logical approaches to issue resolution
• great communication skills and ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders
• a collaborative, flexible and open-minded personality that allows you to play a key role between IT and Operations
• your able to identify risk and raise them early and transparently
• attention to details, with structured, organized, methodological planning skills
• able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• a curious mind-set that is able and willing to learn quickly
• fluent in German and English
• experience with Output Management is a plus
