Your role
• ability to spot ‘stress points’ and manage calendars including conference calls, travel, and coordination of internal and external meetings
• assist with incoming and outgoing communications for the PWM Advisors / team to ensure that all communication is dealt with properly and timely
• handling email and telephone communication and being able to prioritize
• provide administrative and organizational support including invoice & expense administration, lunch and dinner reservations, client gifting, etc.
• resilient with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• keen attention to detail, organized, and able to seamlessly multitask
• proven written and verbal communication skills including the confidence to ask questions where briefs/instructions are unclear
• comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude

• New York: the salary range for this role is $66500 to $70000

Salary information
