Join the third party management team and become a subject matter expert in the following areas:

• Support the management of third party relationships in close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure a strong quality of services is delivered to the Asset Management division.
• Perform regular service quality reviews with third party and internal stakeholders and act as escalation point for service quality concerns.
• Engage with internal stakeholders on third party performance metrics and report to senior management committees, control functions, etc.
• Act as point of contact towards other relationship managers and ensure their adherence to UBS policy, guidelines and principles with regards to the onboarding of new third parties as well as the oversight of existing relationships.
• Take ownership of management of enquiries and various tasks to monitor the performance of third parties.
• Provide support with the onboarding of new third parties

You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as fund management companies, operations, portfolio management and control functions to ensure that third parties meet UBS requirements.

Your team

You will be working in the Asset Management Third Party Management team based in Poland Business Solutions Centers in Krakow. As part of this team you will engage with stakeholders and team members locally and globally.

Your expertise

• Degree in finance, accounting, business or economics
• 1-3 years' experience in a corporate environment
• Understanding of the various roles in a typical asset management value chain (advisor, portfolio manager, trader, broker, custodian, administrator)
• Experience in a third party management or sourcing role is preferred
• Financial services, legal and compliance, project management, and risk management experience is a plus
• Technical Skillset: Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint, proven interest in automation/digitalization
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills. Should be able to interact well with business stakeholders at various levels of seniority while being assertive to ensure completion of tasks
• Ability to deal with ad-hoc job requests from multiple stakeholders
• Good conceptual and project management skills
