Can you effectively convey key messages to a varied audience with just a few slides? Do you have a keen sense of detail? Do you have a strategic mindset to engage with senior stakeholders? We are looking for someone like you to join our COO US Digital team to:

• Assist GWM COO Leadership, Technology and Group Strategy Team in developing consolidated digital strategy and vision across US Digital Capabilities in conjunction with Stream Leads.
• Coordinate US Digital reporting (for the consumption of GEB, regulators, CUSO, and GWM management) in partnership with the GWM COO and Stream Leads
• Continually refine the status reporting process to reduce duplication and optimize the process. Making the expectations and process more transparent for all participants and leveraging source systems
• Act as a thought leader, sparring partner and constructive challenger to senior leadership
• Provide insightful, accurate and consistent information on a variety of strategic business topics
• Develop strategic presentations for senior stakeholders

Within GWM COO you’ll be the reporting to the US Digital Reporting and Execution Management Lead.

Your expertise

• Strong communication, with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Organized, structured, confident working autonomously and able to think outside the box
• Able to grasp new topics quickly, prioritize, problem-solve, synthesize findings and propose practical solutions.
• Credibility and gravitas, able to work with senior management and influence challenging discussions at strategic level
• Ability to communicate in a succinct and convincing way towards senior management and teams
• Entrepreneurial spirit who can work well cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment
• Excellent PowerPoint skills are essential.
