We’re looking for an Associate Director, Data and Tech Specialist to:
• Implement database system and technology improvements in coordination with the business, IT, and Risk Change.
• Recommend technology solutions to key challenges posed by Credit Risk SMEs.
• Recommend, document, and implement system controls to mitigate risk.
• Perform user acceptance and data integrity testing.
• Design and build automation scripts to improve risk management processes.
• Participate in strategic infrastructure projects to improve data availability, data quality, and reporting.
• Contribute in developing custom tools and integrate with existing tools.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements via automation.
• Own significant components of project deliverables end-to-end.
• Provide updates on portfolio developments to management, regulators and other constituencies as needed.
• Work in partnership across GRC to ensure appropriate monitoring coverage and systematic routine and or bespoke analyses take place across portfolios risks.
• Document technical business requirements for change initiatives.
• Review and challenge requirements set forth by the business.

Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related field of study.
Position requires knowledge of the following:
• Python
• Cloud Platforms
• controlling multiple projects and priorities
• Business Requirement Document (BRD) development
• designing, updating, and articulating process step enhancements
• SQL
• Agile methodologies
• developing custom tools
• Microsoft Excel
