We’re looking for an Associate Director, Engineer, Client Onboarding Lifecycle Management to:
• Provide technology solutions by designing, planning, and delivering sustainable solutions using Azure Cloud offerings aimed at resolving business issues and strengthening UBS’ position as digital leaders in the financial services.
• Analyze business requirements for the WMA IT team.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance existing applications to migrate into Azure Cloud.
• Conduct code reviews and test software as needed.
• Participate in application architecture and design and other phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ensure proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production.

Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study and three (3) years in the offered role or in a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Senior Associate, Associate, Senior Developer, or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• large-scale applications portfolio in enterprise-wide environment (including migration of on premise workloads to the cloud)
• Cloud and Datacenter migration projects as solution lead /architect level
• work on server side JVM-based projects
• designing and coding complex, enterprise, commercial-grade applications in core, server-side Java
• full Stack Development experience with JavaScript (ES6/ES7) and React
• proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber
• understanding of usage and applicability of Azure Services like PaaS offerings, Containers, Serverless, iPaaS, and DevOps
• understanding of Microsoft Azure’s roadmap and strategy towards migration and modernization space
• converting legacy distributed applications to containerized using AKS
• leveraging Azure features such as deployment slots, CI/CD to meet the growing demands of regulators
• domain expertise of cloud application development solutions (e.g. IaaS, Serverless, API Management), container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry), continuous integration technologies (e.g. Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure for DevOps, Chef, Puppet), web application server technologies, cloud application design, software architecture and practices (design, development and deployment, Agile Scrum Methodology, ALM)
• develop solutions for Cloud Transformation and Lean Cloud operations for MS Azure.
