Your role

Are you interested to work in one of the core functions within investment management at UBS? And are you analytically strong and feel at ease with handling large amounts of data? We are looking for someone to help us:

– ensure consistent implementation of investment decisions by constructing portfolios taking into account product definition, active investment decisions and execution considerations
– support projects along the discretionary mandates value chain
– support and drive the development of scalable portfolio construction processes, including tool and process enhancements

Your team

Your team
You’ll be working in the Portfolio Construction team in Zurich / Opfikon. We are the gate keeper of all model portfolios for discretionary mandates and are at the heart of the investment process. In addition, we review and assess current portfolio construction practices with the goal to improve process efficiency and scalability.

Your expertise

– Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business or related technical fields
– Interest in the wealth management business and relevant processes; no direct investment experience required
– Ability to interact with stakeholders from different areas of the business
– Interest in business process design
– Analytical, efficient and accurate
– Committed to deliver results
– Solid communicator in both English and German
– Strong with numbers and able to handle large datasets
