We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Americas Distribution COO team, where you will play a key role in supporting the execution of strategic initiatives that shape the sales and business operations.
In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, apply your problem-solving skills to streamline processes, and contribute to driving the overall efficiency of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about improving workflows, driving growth, and making a meaningful impact on the organization.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
• work with senior members within the Distribution COO team to help develop innovative strategies to drive within relevant business area(s).
• drive efficiency and growth through scalability and automation
• gain significant exposure across global markets products and related support/control functions
• enhancing the client experience and sales productivity by improving F2B efficiency
• collaborate with all the related F2B teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of strategy.
• provide business input to senior stakeholders on risk and control assessment, as well as resolution planning
Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $122500 to $147500

The Distribution COO team is a highly strategic and cross-functional team that plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales strategy that enhances our client experience. We are responsible for the formulation, implementation, and support of initiatives and processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness of our Global Markets sales organization.
Our diverse team spans across Franchise Sales, Execution Sales, and elements of front-to-back controls, ensuring a seamless integration of our strategic goals with operational excellence. As part of our mission, we collaborate closely with sales management, sales teams and support functions, offering a broad exposure to the Global Markets business. This partnership enables to create impactful solutions, support business growth, and optimize the client journey at every touch point.
Your expertise
• ideally 3-5 yrs or more experience with experience on regulatory implementation, risk, and controls
• excellent analytical skills; proficiency in excel, power point. Knowledge of Alteryx would be an advantage
• strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive change
• strong focus, drive and commitment to drive success of the team/firm
• positive attitude with ‘can-do’ approach
• ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
