Your role

Are you an analytic thinker and have a knack for data visualization? Are you interested in being part of an agile team focused on leveraging visual analytics and automation tools and bringing analytical products live?

We’re looking for a Data & Visualization Analyst with product management capabilities to:
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards by applying data visualization and design best practices
• Analyze and transform data; develop data pipelines and leverage AI to automate within Azure ecosystem
• Leverage AI and automation capabilities within the Azure ecosystem, e.g., develop analytical insights via the Azure ML platform or automate tasks via Power Automate.
• Play a key role in communications with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights and product vision and strategy
• Lead product development from ideation to launch, define roadmaps, prioritize requirements, working closely with tech, change organizations and taxonomy owners to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Manage product backlog and prioritize feature development, and document reporting definitions
• Train and enable internal clients to be more proficient with using modern BI tools to analyze data
• Collaborate across teams from different geographies and functions in the Compliance area

Your team

You’ll be working in the Automation and Data Visualization team within the Reporting and MI Hub, with colleagues located in India, Poland, Switzerland, and the US. The team aims to enable the Compliance area’s risk management framework with proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of compliance risks through data-driven insights and reports, as well as to promote a strong reporting framework with timeliness, standardization, simplification and automation. The team’s mandate includes centralizing reporting, MI, and analytics activities and leveraging automation, AI & ML, visualization tools (Power BI), and self-service capabilities in partnership with business and tech teams.

Your expertise

• Talented and experienced data & visual analytics expert with a passion for data visualization
• Minimum of 2 years working experience with strong skills in at least one coding language (Python, SQL, Power Query, DAX, etc.)
• 2+ years hands-on experience in creating interactive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau, semantic models and data flows. Experience in building data pipelines and reshaping data for dashboard consumption
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods and product management related roles
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, willingness to remain responsible and flexible in a dynamic environment
