Your role
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you have a regulatory reporting and auditing background in the fund investment sector?
We are looking for a financial reporting specialist to:
• supervise the production of financial reporting for Investment Funds, in compliance with regulatory requirement and client expectations
• ensure timely delivery of accurate regulatory reporting to the regulator (CSSF, BCL, CBI, …)
• monitor the delivery from external service providers
• prepare monthly management reporting for senior management
• provide support for reporting and accounting production process improvements
• ensure great client experience with smooth audit and reporting processes
• assist the department with ongoing projects and support other accounting and reporting related tasks
• follow-up with clients and service providers regarding any issues raised until resolution

Your team
You will be working in the Quality and Assurance team in Luxembourg. We produce and distribute high quality reporting products, under multiple regulations and locations, in collaboration with external auditors. As a financial reporting specialist, you will play an important role in the governance of reporting teams based in different locations in Europe, and support the optimization of processes and deliveries of the central administration.
Our key objective is to deliver excellent client reporting services with continuous improvement on process efficiency and risk control.
Your expertise
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent in in mathematics, statistics, accounting or finance or similar field
• ideally 7 years of experience in a similar role focusing on audit and reporting of Funds in Luxembourg, Ireland and Switzerland
• methodical, concise and accurate work style, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ability to communicate clearly and accurately with clients, auditors and colleagues
• highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative
• fluency in English is mandatory; French, German or other languages are advantageous
