Your role
Are you interested in the Investment Fund industry? Do you have an appetite for dealing with investment funds controls and NAV calculations? Are you detailed oriented and able to proactively analyze potential discrepancies within Funds world?
You will be responsible for:
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly NAV calculation for Luxembourgish, Swiss and Irish domiciled funds.
• Ensure proper controls are in place and liaising any potential issues with other teams involved in the NAV production process.
• Control the quality of financial and accounting information with regards to accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Review and validation of tasks performed by junior team members.
• Proper workload distribution, as well as people development and knowledge transfer

We are heavily investing in our organization in Poland, while significantly transforming our business. The foreseeable future will be eventful, as we are planning to upgrade our platform, grow substantially by asset under management as well as by the client base.
Several functions in Wroclaw and Krakow, such as Fund Accounting, Alternative Investments, Valuations, Investment Guidelines Monitoring, Transfer Agency and Project Management. As a member of the team, you’ll play an important role in delivering relevant outputs for our clients. We are dedicated to support one another and our business partners. You will work within international environment and collaborate with our colleagues in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland on a daily basis. We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion and high standards.
Your expertise
• Proven experience in Fund Accounting related roles (4-5 years).
• Detailed understanding of financial markets instruments such as Fixed Income, Equity and Derivatives.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage work under high time pressure and focus on a day-to-day process enhancement.
• Excel skills at advanced level or higher would be an asset
