Are you interested in working at Trade & Fund Support Team in the Operation?

We are looking for someone like that who can:

• contribute to supporting day-to-day operational processes utilizing past experiences in trade support or/and fund accounting at asset management company
• work together with key internal stakeholders in Japan (Sales, Product, Investment, Reporting Team) and outside Japan (operation teams where trade are executed and processed)
• work with external contributors such as local Trust Banks, Custodian Banks, Fund Service Providers, Auditors, Market Information Vendors, System Vendors, etc.

You'll be working at Trade & Fund Support Team in the Operation Department at UBS Asset Management, Japan.

Your expertise

• experiences in working at Trade Support team of Asset Management Company for ITM funds and pension funds, such as onboarding and account setup, trade matching and settlement, position reconciliation between internal and external system. Fund Accounting experiences are plus.
• knowledge of basic financial instrument such as Equity, Bond, FOF, Future, Option, and FRX are must. OTC products and ISDA experiences are strong plus
• experiences working with market information system such as Bloomberg, Eikon, etc.
• good Excel Skill. VBA skill is strong plus
• fluent Japanese, business level English is must
