We are looking for an ETF Sales specialist to :
•build comprehensive knowledge of UBS’ ETF range, and successfully present our capabilities to clients
•implement business plans in a focused and sustainable manner that are designed to spot and take advantage of market opportunities, while helping clients with their investment goals
•support, develop, and execute effective sales strategies to drive UBS ETF sales growth in the UK & Ireland through proactively broadening and deepening client and prospective client relationships
•work closely with team members to provide high-quality investment solutions for our clients across multiple segments (e.g. asset managers, wealth managers, banks, family offices, retail platforms)
•coordinate sales insights, market intelligence, and data from across the team, adding value by using these insights to enhance the team’s client segmentation, targeting, and positioning
•ensure all regulatory and legal requirements and standards are met personally, ensuring strong ethics in how work is carried out
•share best practice across UBS’ European ETFs sales force
•support team governance efforts and client reporting needs, as required

Your team
You will be part of a high-performing European ETF & Index Mutual Fund sales team, helping to drive market share growth for UBS in the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting time for the ETF wrapper, with significant growth in client interest expected to continue in the years to come. The UK, one of Europe’s largest ETF markets, offers access to a wide variety of clients from private banks and asset managers to digital platforms and family offices. As an ETF Sales Specialist, you will play an important role in representing and developing UBS’ ETF business. This includes helping professional clients with their investment needs, increasing AUM in UBS ETFs, and expanding our client base. More broadly, you will be part of an established and reputable UBS Asset Management team, which benefits from resource access across UBS group and already has a substantial footprint in the UK.
Your expertise
•3-8 years’ relevant experience in distributing, and knowledge of, investment products (e.g. ETFs and/or index mutual funds)
•alternatively, experience with ETFs as part of the broader ecoysytem
•ability to develop deep relationships with key decision makers and client influencers, as well as to understand client issues and offer appropriate solutions
•ability to broaden the client base and raise net new money across a diversified product shelf
•knowledge and understanding of the UK professional investment industry (regulation, market themes, investment trends etc.)
•knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, and CRM applications.
•ability to develop and execute a sales plan covering top-down market analysis and bottom-up client account planning
