We are looking for a Business Workflow Engineer to work with us to execute our vision and help us create an even stronger industry leading organization. Your role will include:

• the opportunity to design and build workflow solutions with Flowable and incorporate them into existing products through api integration
• driving business change and process improvement applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements

• through the engineering guilds you’ll become engaged in sharing and discussing knowledge with your peers and with staff networks you’ll get involved in a wide range of volunteering and cultural topics. Once you’ve met your team and joined our certified engineer's development program, you’ll also be able to become engaged in sharing and discussing knowledge with your peers through our engineering guilds and take part in a wide range of volunteering and cultural events and topics through our internal networks.

Your team

You’ll work as part of the Client and Transaction Reporting and AM Regulation agile crew.
Our teams focus on connecting the dots within Asset Management. We are designing, building and managing the technology stack for portfolio accounting, trade processing and client and operational reporting. We’re used to managing large, trusted and time-sensitive datasets and are striving to make investments more sustainable.

You’ll be joining us in Asset Management Technology, a wider, truly diverse of around 1,200 people from all over the world.

Your expertise

• 1 year+ experience of flowable design modelling and JAVA Springboard
• similar level of experience with Rest API’s, writing and developing complex workflows, troubleshooting issues in Flowable environments
• equivalent level of bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on a technical subject such as computer science or engineering
• experience working with agile delivery
• contributing collaboratively as part of a team and have a pragmatic approach
