We’re looking for a Client Migration Manager to:

• orchestrate client & bank migration aspects including strategy, concepts, requirements whilst maintaining alignment with interdependent teams and drive the iterative development of capabilities – ultimately enabling a client centric continuous migration
• manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues
• identify and manage senior stakeholders across various business / client segments, functions and locations; evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
• coordinate plans and work among different teams, ensure consistent oversight of risk management with appropriate mitigation
• lead conceptual work for problem solutioning & design themes along F2B chain and with client lenses on
• help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with group functions, stream/crew leads, and facilitate prioritization

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Migration team in GWM COO, which manages the Credit Suisse integration with key focus on migration activities.

You will find a global, diverse, collaborative, open and dynamic team – bridging technology and banking. Our attitude is client-oriented, can-do and equipped with high curiosity and learning. Striving to combine existing with new technologies, methodologies and products – reimagining what and how we bring value to clients.

Your expertise

• Self-starting, initiative / program mgmt. leader / business analyst with multi-year experience in a similar capacity – able to apply various methodologies with sense of pragmatism into structuring, planning and solving problems, dependencies and communicating
• Conceptual and analytical capabilities, not shy to dive from structure into content and problem identification & solutioning
• Good understanding of financial industry, preferably Wealth Management and Capital Markets products in particular operational processes, market and regulatory environment
• Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, agile mindset and problem-solving skills
• Strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• Ideally with UBS as well as Credit Suisse platform and context experience
