Your role

Are you an motivated self-starter dedicated to delivering impactful business value? Are you an agile business analyst highly motivated by intensive user and developer co-operation to produce tailored solutions, dedicated to delivering real business value?
We’re looking for someone who can:
– work collaboratively as part of an internationally distributed business embedded agile team
– excel when working closely with users and colleague, is eager to build their financial domain expertise in order to create optimal business solutions
– engage to provide user support and co-ordinate across other IT teams

The candidate must be an experienced business analyst that is proficient in analysing, designing, testing and supporting complete end-to-end solutions.

Your team

You will be working as part of the Real Estate and Private Markets, Asset Management, IT group in Wroclaw for a dedicated agile embedded team that supports a rapidly growing business, continuously improving its bespoke end-to-end solutions, interactively working with users to enable them in meeting the needs of their clientele. As a development team we are just as passionate about producing optimal business solutions as we are in technology

Your expertise

You have:
– business analytical skills, including facilitating skills, elicitation of requirements, analyzing current processes and outlining problems, proposing solutions inline with business expectations and IT platform
– expertise in stakeholder management, requirement management, process modeling, requirement specification, testing and troubleshooting production issues
– experience advantageous in Agile methodologies, issue management, business intelligence tooling, familiarity with system modelling approaches
– technical skills to assist investigations like SQL, Python
– strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– scrum master experience is desirable
– strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German preferred

You are:
– experienced business analyst with exposure to financial services
– comfortable working in a dynamic environment with business partners at all levels of seniority
– proactive self-starter and critical thinker, who is passionate about agile and requirements elicitation methodologies, team-orientated and an excellent communicator
– passionate about technology and equally so in producing solutions that meet the needs of users
