Your role

This role will be involved in ensuring the timely and efficient handling of the day-to-day corporate actions and income events. The candidate will be responsible for processing clients' instructions for voluntary and mandatory corporate actions globally and supporting change by continual improvement of operational processes. This role also entails interaction with front office to resolves queries and achieve better service levels.

- Gathering, verifying and disseminating information on Corporate Actions to Front Office and clients
- Collating clients instructions for voluntary or elective events and instructing custodians in a timely manner to protect clients entitlements
- Monitoring upcoming events until all details are finalised
- Reconciling clients entitlements on internal systems against Custodian advices
- Liaising with custodians/brokers whenever necessary to resolve any discrepancies on entitlements received
- Crediting client entitlements in a prompt manner
- Regular follow up on late payment by custodians
- Supporting change by identifying and implementing process improvements or cost saving opportunities.
- Ongoing self development/cross training across Operations Services

- Microsoft Suite of applications knowledge (especially Microsoft Excel)
