Your role
Do you like organizing and coordinating things? Do you have strong analytical skills? Do you know how to provide support so that things run smoothly and know how to solve problems in elegant way? We are looking for someone like this to:
• Prepare, review, redact reports and documents per regulatory guidelines and standards
• Work closely with GIA Regulatory Relations SMEs to support the production of high-quality submission assemblies utilizing submission-ready reports and documents that adhere to internal and external regulatory guidelines
• Be able to work proactively with stakeholders and to communicate Regulatory requirement and proposals
• Provide business-related support to GIA globally that is either of administrative, logistical, analytical or quality control in nature
• Ability to assist on audit and agile tools (troubleshooting, data & access mgmt.)
• Review and align the SOPs with stakeholder and process owners
• Prepare decision making materials for GIA Management globally, e.g. management meeting packs, drafts of governance reports
• Administer filing systems and maintain SharePoint sites, provide support to management in collecting critical documents and presentations
• Contribute to timely delivery of audit work
• Support continuous improvement projects / initiatives

Your team
You will be working in Group Internal Audit (GIA) Team. GIA is an independent function that supports UBS in achieving its strategic, operational, financial and compliance objectives. We do this by assessing key processes as well as governance, risk management, and the control environment within all Business Divisions and Corporate Center Functions globally. We are independent in our work and report directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.

As Business Support Specialist you will be working in the Audit Management and Support stream, which is responsible for supporting and controlling GIA's processes. In that role, you will gain insight into a wide variety of GIA's processes and will be able to influence their effectiveness.
Your expertise
• Master/Bachelor’s degree,
• Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and international environment,
• An excellent verbal and written command of English with the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders,
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities coupled with effective problem solving and conceptual thinking,
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, as well as good knowledge and experience of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint, Alteryx would be an asset,
• Excellent time management skills, ability to set priorities effectively.
