• Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline access management and risk reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and standards while simplifying operational workflows
• Optimize risk reporting dashboards and metrics to provide actionable insights for decision making
• Resolve non-operational client issues and complaints in accordance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Become a Profile Owner for business queries and consultancy related to Operational Risk and Business Security

Your team

You’ll be working in the Divisional Information Security Office team in Krakow (Fabryczna Office). We provide comprehensive Access Management, Operational Risk and Information Security services. This benefits our Investment Bank division. As a part of the team, you’ll play an important role being point of contact, mentor and consultant for wide range of matters relevant for the business.

Your expertise

You have:
• Bachelor, master or equivalent degree focused on Finance, Banking or related field
• Experience working in an IT risk/operational risk role, preferable within the finance sector
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, VBA, Alteryx and PowerBI
• Process design experience
• Experience in executing process on your own or leading group towards common goal
• Ability to create process related documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process simplification

• An excellent communicator who can present technical concepts in clear, business-friendly terms
• Detail oriented with the ability to analyze complex security and risk data
• A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
• An analytic thinker, with the ability to provide practical solutions
