Your team

You'll be working in the US Rates Distribution sales team in New York. Our team partners with institutional clients around the globe to understand their unique objectives and tailoring interest rate solutions to meet risk management needs. Product traded will include US Treasuries, interest rate swaps, swaptions, XCCY, inflation, and STIR products.

Your expertise

You will 1) have client engagement skills and experience maintaining relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, and LDI clients, 2) possess strong insights into the US rates markets and understanding of pricing and execution (pre-trade and post trade settlement), 3) collaborate with trading/risk/credit teams to ensure accuracy and compliance to UBS standards, 4) work across product/division lines to collaborate with colleagues including salespeople, trading, strategy, research, and risk management, to deliver cross-functional solutions, and 5) serve as a mentor and liaison to junior team members while contributing to a high-performance culture within the sales desk.

Salary information

New York City based roles only - The salary range in NYC for this role will be $175,000 to $212,500 based on experience, education and skill level of the candidate. The role may be eligible for discretionary annual incentive compensation.
