Your role

As the Head of Consolidated Reporting for Family Office Solutions, you will be a member of Family Office Solutions (FOS), a cross-discipline team of experts across advisory and transitional services focused on serving $50M+ and family office clients. You will manage and lead all efforts related to our consolidated reporting partnership with Addepar and iCapital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing the platform that gives our UHNW clients a consolidated, real-time view of their entire portfolio across assets and liabilities, including traditional, non-traditional and illiquid assets both at UBS and held away. Additionally, you will oversee the relationship between advisors, clients and the Addepar and iCapital team, and are responsible for promoting the offering as well as training and educating the field on this offering. The Consolidated Reporting Associate will report to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that all operational requirements, vendor contracts and billing processes, are upheld.

In an effort to provide more seamless access for our wealthiest clients to our most differentiated products and capabilities, UBS recently announced the creation of a new “Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Plus” client segment and the launch of an enhanced cross-divisional client service offering. In close coordination with the client's Financial Advisor, this client segment will be serviced by dedicated groups of subject matter experts across Wealth Management, the Investment Bank and Asset Management. Why? Sophisticated clients have sophisticated needs – we want to ensure clients continue to have the full suite of UBS capabilities at their fingertips.

The key responsibilities for this role include:
• Lead project plan & implementation of the consolidated reporting offering
• Vet all new opportunities and facilitate demos between the advisors, clients and Addepar/iCapital teams
• Report all stats and metrics on the offering to the head of Family Office Solutions on a monthly basis
• Diligently capture all new client demos and interactions in the UBS ACCESS toolkit
• Promote and educate home office and field employees on the offering
• Have an understanding of Family Office Solutions and the broader UHN Solutions Group
• Flexibility to travel for client demos and field education
• Host check-ins with the Addepar and iCapital team and update FOS and broader team
• Oversee all internal and external resources for the offering including but not limited to intranet site, marketing materials, internal and external approved collateral
• Be the vendor contract manager, maintaining all required documentation

Your expertise

• Possess effective communication, influencing and presentation skills and ability to engage at all levels
• Can build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
• Ability to travel for demos, roadshows, meetings and events
• Manage the Consolidated Reporting Associate and oversee their respective responsibilities
• High level of integrity and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
• Expert on related regulations, compliance policies, desk procedures and guidelines
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 registered or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
• Bachelor's or advanced degree with an understanding of the finance industry
• Spanish or Mandarin speaking is a plus
