Your team
You’ll be working in the Technical Services & Cyber & Information Security department. We are part of the Technical Information Security Office. Our team provide support to Divisional Information Security Office across Investment Bank, Group Function and Asset Management divisions.
Divisional Information Security Office ensure divisional coordinated efforts regarding information and data protection, they enforce Information Security policies and standards to protect the reputation of UBS and represent the Information Security requirements of our Business.
Our role is to manage Information Security (IS) organization, foster an IS culture, provide IS risk management and drive risk remediation, monitor implementation of IS related policies and guidelines, facilitate determination of IS requirements at business level. As a result, you will work closely with the Chief Information Security Office, Technical Information Security Office, other DISO’s and Line Managers from around the world.
Our internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. Your paid internship will last up to 1 year, based on a 35–40-hour week.
Your expertise
You don't have to show us previous professional experience, but if you have it, it’s an asset.
You have:
a student status or university degree
good written and spoken English
good communication skills
ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks assigned to you
good problem solving skills
You are:
analytical, with the ability to provide practical solutions
well organized with a sharp attention to detail
able to work under pressure to strict deadlines
motivated and driven to get the right outcome.
