Your role
Do you have a track record of successfully managing an Investor Services team? Are you looking for an opportunity to join an international and collaborative team within a renowned organization and apply your established knowledge in a new environment?
Join us as a Private Assets Transfer Agent Manager in an exciting, well-driven team, working in a dynamic and international environment. In this multi-tasking role you will manage and perform the tasks and activities of the PAFA Investor Services team (i.e. maintaining the fund registers, processing various capital events, controlling the respective cash transactions, answering client and investor queries etc.) and participate in a number of projects looking to enhance performance across the department.
It is a client facing role and you will be expected to maintain a strong and proactive relationship with our clients – anticipating and meeting their business needs, driving our processes towards effective solutions, and providing the required support throughout the lifecycle of the fund.
Collaboration is key to be successful in the role, so you will need to work closely and effectively with a number of internal and external stakeholders.
We’re looking for an individual that will be:
• managing and reviewing the team’s daily activities and events (subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, transfers and other transaction requests in line with fund’s offering documents)
• managing fund and investors’ static data, ensuring internal standards and protocols are met
• reviewing investor communication/reporting in line with fund’s documentation and fund manager’s instructions (e.g., investor statements, investor notices, holding confirmations etc.)
• managing cash payments to and from investors (capital calls/distributions)
• keeping control of the timing of deliverables according to the fund’s operating memorandums, managing client expectations and agreed SLAs
• pro-actively managing client relationships and seeking ways to enhance our service
• participate and lead new client launches and/or fund migrations
• actively manage and improve internal processes and procedures
• provide training and coaching to junior staff

Your expertise
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual who can demonstrate:
• a university degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
• in-depth experience in transfer agency for alternative funds both as a manager and
as an executant
• proven sense of responsibility, organization, rigor and precision
• very good time management skills with an ability to work under pressure
• ability to recognize priorities and delegate tasks
• team player with ability to collaborate with others
• self-driven, proactive mindset, with attention to details
• excellent knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• fluency in English, German is a plus
• Investran knowledge (FIS Private Capital Suite) is preferred
