Your role

Responsibilities: The Client Associate plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional client experience by serving as the primary communicator between clients, advisors, and internal departments.
• Providing white glove service and respond to client inquiries including researching answer to client questions and responding through completion of request.
• Provide advisor support to prepare all aspects of client meeting details, including preparing any necessary forms, setting and confirming appointments.
• Follow up with clients to check in, confirm any client request to completion and maintain and develop the client relationship.
• Receive client trade instructions and work with Advisors on implementation.
• Update client database with all client communication and activities.
• Prepare and execute all aspects related to exclusive client events both virtual and in-person
• Keep up to date on all marketing materials and branding and implement updates as needed
• Keep up to date on all client gifts, birthday and holiday cards
• Submit and track all expenses for Advisor.
• Coordinate all aspects of weekly team meetings.

Our team, The Waters Group, located in The Woodlands TX is currently seeking a full-time, skilled and team-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Client Associate.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for finance, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our valued clients by providing client relationship and account support, resolving client issues and be the first point of contact for both prospective and existing clients.

Your expertise

This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who ensures client needs are met with efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of service.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work
experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
preferred.
• Or willingness to learn and obtain FINRA
Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• Prior experience working with a broker/dealer,
financial advisor, mortgage, or banking
industry in a customer/client support,
paraplanner or related role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong time management skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate
with others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving
environment.
• Adaptable and ability to multitask.
