Your role

• provide secretarial, administrative, and client support to the Client Advisor (MD)
• coordinate Client Advisor's schedule, including making appointments, and travel arrangements
• arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and reserve facilities
• answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
• sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and other correspondence
• respond to incoming mail not requiring the Client Advisor’s attention
• performs sensitive information gathering and manage confidential matters
• alert the Client Advisor regarding special actions required
• prepare and reconcile expense reports
• respond to clients’ enquiries and follow up on client issues and requests
• maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and documentation
• coordinate team and external meetings, including client events
• ensure administrative arrangements and client-related processes are executed smoothly

Your team

You will be joining a team that supports a highly experienced Client Advisor (MD) known for a robust client base. Working closely with a team of Client Account Managers, you will provide secretarial support to the Client Advisor (MD) and play a crucial role in facilitating client interactions and ensuring seamless operations. Our team values collaboration, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in client service.

Your expertise

• relevant professional qualification (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8) or License Person of SFC Type 1 or equivalent
• experience in providing secretarial support to the senior management and dealing with clients
• knowledge of banking operations
• fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• great computer skills and the willingness to learn
• a strong team player who takes initiative
• methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
• able to work under pressure
