Global Real Assets manages a mixed portfolio of circa EUR 1.2 billion in direct Real Estate in France.

In 2025/2026, the focus will be on executing asset management of the current portfolio and
developing business in line with fund strategies.

This role is adaptable based on the candidate's capabilities, allowing for increased responsibilities over time.

This apprenticeship (Alternance/Apprentissage) offers an exceptional opportunity to gain the essential work experience required to initiate your career. Additionally, it provides a chance to collaborate with and learn from distinguished teams within the Real Estate sector. From the commencement of the program, you will be integral to the business operations, actively participating in daily activities. This experience will not only provide comprehensive insights into the finance industry but also allow you to appreciate the distinctive workplace culture at UBS.

Your main activities:
1. Investment Management
- Financial/cash flow modelling in both Argus Enterprise and Excel at property and fund levels
- Underwriting rental assumptions, CapEx, leverage and tax & fees impacts
- Writing investment memos and papers for Fund Managers and UBS Investment Committee in
PowerPoint and Word
- Supervising Due Diligence during acquisition process and insuring a proper reporting
- Gathering and summarising property market research
2. Asset Management & Market Research
- Assist to define leasing, refurbishing and value creation strategy for assets
- Coordinate marketing strategies with brokers and other service providers
- Providing the team with market analysis of current macro and micro economic indicators
- Creating annual business plans and budgets
- Conducting and adhering to asset valuation procedures

in delivering performance to clients.

- Education: Business School, Engineering School, University
- Experience: Previous experience in Real Estate is mandatory
- Languages: French and English mandatory
