Your role
Are you skilled at managing key relationships and navigating complex organizations to deliver seamless client experiences?
UBS Canada’s Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) team offers cross-divisional client services to our wealthiest clients and family offices. Clients are supported by UBS Client Advisors and experts from Wealth Management, the Investment Bank, and Asset Management, ensuring they have access to all UBS capabilities
We are looking for someone who can:
• support the Relationship Managers (RMs) in client coverage, business development and cross-divisional coordination with Wealth Management, Investment Bank and Asset Management. Handle client coverage, onboarding, and maintenance matters including working with counterparts in the US, Switzerland and other key UBS geographies
• act as back-up client coverage person (on behalf of RMs) where needed
• follow-up on Client Advisor and client requests (e.g. market updates / ideas and specific transactions)
• manage and direct day-to-day client activities, often acting as single-entry point for all operational matters vis-à-vis the client
• help management on business management tasks, as needed, e.g., organizing key meetings and preparing regular updates

Work directly with the Head of GFIW Canada on cross-divisional client service offerings. As a Wealth Management employee, support solutions for our wealthiest clients, including institutional family offices. The team prospects, builds long-standing relationships, and delivers products, services, and thought leadership to Canada's largest clients

Your expertise
• knowledge of financial markets and products, in Wealth Management, the Investment Bank and Asset Management
• experience in working with sophisticated clients and complex investments
• efficiently manage multiple projects, client interactions and process client requests
• plan and execute client events
• excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
• strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• CFA Charterholder and / or OSC Portfolio Manager – Advising Representative license preferred
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
