Your role

Can you develop campus recruiting strategies whilst driving best practice? Do you have what it takes to identify and attract the best future talent for UBS?

We’re looking for a Investment Banking Recruiter for the Campus Recruiting APAC team to:

• recruit for our internship and full-time entry level roles for Global Banking
• support the recruiting and campus strategy for Global Banking Hong Kong
• assist in managing our internal stakeholders and provide guidance on our processes
• actively and closely collaborate with schools and partners, remaining relevant and an employer of choice
• provide market intelligence and proactive advice to our organization
• partner with colleagues around the globe to share best practices and drive process excellence

Your team

You'll be part of the Campus Recruiting APAC team within the wider Junior Talent & Talent Attraction team based in Hong Kong, focusing on undergraduate and graduate hiring for our APAC locations. We’re part of a team with colleagues all over the world. You'll play a role in positioning UBS among top candidates to attract, recruit and hire the next generation of employees to drive the success and growth of our firm.

Your expertise

• ideally 3-5 years’ experience in campus recruiting, preferably in the financial services industry
• a great communicator, building strong relationships internally and externally
• a positive attitude, thriving to work in a dynamic and changing environment
• well organized, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to deal with various priorities
• great at presenting ideas, strategizing, and innovating, finding solutions through collaboration
