Your role

Are you interested in the Investment Fund industry? Do you have an appetite for dealing with investment funds controls and NAV calculations? Are you detailed oriented and able to proactively analyze potential discrepancies within Funds’ world?

You will be responsible for:
• onboard aspiring nominee Private Label Fund shareholders and maintain the shareholder register
• conduct AML, KYC, and recurring due diligence for external shareholders and process shareholder transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers)
• submit NAV statements to shareholders, inform them of NAVs, and liaise with the fund’s Investment Managers regarding NAV queries
• generate annual Common Reporting Standards (CRS) reports for eligible fund shareholders, process administrative fee payments, and file annual financial statements to the regulator
• register Private Label Funds with Non-Traditional Investment Products (NTIPs)/UBS London Nominees and handle general correspondence/response to shareholder queries

Your expertise

• demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment
• ability to manage work under intense time pressure.
• excellent communication skills
• well organized and able to multitask a variety of topics simultaneously.
• sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products
• 5-7 years’ Experience in Fund Administration and or Fund Accounting with a degree in Business Administration, Financing or Banking
