We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
• help drive our banking product roadmap covering FA-led account onboarding focusing on the full product development lifecycle (including ideation, planning, development, testing, launch readiness)
• drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members
• act as product owner, overseeing governance practice to ensure product requirements are clear to designers and engineers
• ensure the product is being tested together with tech and clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch and release management governance practice is followed
• adhere to agile methodology to produce relevant product measurements and metrics to track overall business goals
• ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from a technical and non-functional perspective
• partner well with tech to ensure development aligns with the product vision
• partner closely with aligned businesses and control functions across streams and divisions

Your team
The Field & Operational Platforms team is responsible for implementing transformational strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors, support professionals, and clients. You’ll be joining the Client Onboarding team in Weehawken, NJ focused on improving and simplifying our account opening and maintenance process and platform to enable our product, business, and stakeholders to scale, reduce risk, and grow.
Your expertise
You have:
• a bachelor's degree or equivalent, advanced degree is a plus
• ideally 3-5 years of product or operations management experience showing progression/promotion within the tech or financial services industry
• understanding of Wealth Management and Banking products /services
• a strong team player with compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate ideas and strategy
• data-driven, analytical and innovative mindset to understand business context
• extensive experience writing / managing requirements / user stories and working with UX designers, Technology team and business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
• setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
• team player with an enthusiastic personality, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and excellent listening and communications abilities to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• working in agile environments and strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks
• technical expertise / background a plus
• document management experience a plus (e.g., digital document generation, archival, consent-driven e-delivery, compliance-aligned retention policies etc.).
