Your role

This open position is a contractor role, where you will be part of the Client Hub Team in Japan, working closely with Japan Exchange Traded Derivatives(ETD) Desk and the Singapore Client Hub Client Services Team for a 10 month period.

Are you client-centric focused with a good record of resolving enquiries? Do you use innovative approaches to identify and address client needs? We are looking for someone who can help us:

・ build relationships with key decision makers in the Singapore Client Hub Client Services team.
・ provide post-trade support for our institutional clients in Japan.
・ manage risks in sensitive markets – working with internal groups to ensure clients avoid costly operational mistakes and regulatory risks
・ introduce the firm's technology and delivering of the firm's services and capabilities to the clients
・ cross sell the firm's products and technology
・ monitor client trends and understand their rationale
・ provide strong support to internal stakeholders across products

Your team

You'll be working in the IB Operations team in Japan.

Your expertise

・ knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD), OTC products and FX Prime Brokerage are strong pluses
・ knowledge of a broad range of asset classes, preferably; equities, fixed income, FX, listed and OTC derivatives, equity swap and other equity-related securities
・ excellent communication skills, confident and able to clearly articulate complex and time sensitive solutions
・ enthusiastic, a self-starter demonstrating initiative and the ability to handle pressure
・ analytical mindset with intuitive problem-solving skills, able to prioritize and multi-task
・ commercially driven, complemented with a sound awareness of compliance, control and operational / business risk
・ fluent in Japanese and business level English
