Your role
Are you interested in financial regulations, trade reporting, and risk management? Do you have an eye for detail and desire to gain hands-on experience in regulatory operations at Investment Bank division?
We’re looking for someone like that to:
• maintain and manage regulatory reference data in internal banking systems in line with EMIR and other regulatory requirements
• perform in-depth data quality reviews and ensure timely resolution of exceptions and discrepancies
• collaborate with various teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met
• support data accuracy checks and ensure completeness of sourced data
• support testing, implementation, and validation of system updates related to EMIR and other trade reporting regulations
• participate in regulatory change initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and controls
• provide expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory data matters
• ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to audit and regulatory requests as needed

Your team
You will be part of the EMIR Delegated Reporting team based in Krakow, which plays a critical role in onboarding and supporting clients under the EMIR Delegated Reporting structure. Team is based in Krakow and focuses on integrating new clients into the EMIR Delegated Reporting framework, ensuring that all necessary regulatory requirements are met before regulatory transaction reporting begins.
Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the team collaborates closely with clients, legal, compliance, internal business units and other departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Your expertise
• understanding of financial regulations, particularly EMIR, SFTR, or other trade reporting regimes
• excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling complex datasets
• effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders across functions
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and propose solutions
• proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a regulated environment
• proficiency in Excel
• fluent English (written and spoken)
