We’re looking for a HR Operations intern to:

• support the effective delivery of employee workforce administration, including onboarding, employee life-cycle management, international mobility operations, and exit processes.
• assist in the creation of offer letters and contracts, send them to candidates, and provide requested documents to local employees, such as employment confirmations.
• accurately update data in the HR system and generate reports, evidence, and data for control functions such as Litigation, Employment, Legal, and Compliance.
• maintain up-to-date employee records by reflecting any changes throughout their lifecycle at UBS.
• collaborate with colleagues across teams and locations to share best practices.

Your team

You will be part of local HR Operations within the HR Service Delivery Brazil team based in Sao Paulo. We are responsible to provide excellence in HR process - recruiting, payroll, advisory, operations, and rewards - across all divisions. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and work collaboratively with various stakeholders in a global organization.

Your expertise

• students of Business Administration, Psychology or related courses with graduation by July/2027 or after
• availability to work onsite in Sao Paulo's office 6 hours per day/30 hours per week
• strong verbal and written communication - both English and Portuguese
• solid MS Office skills (programming skills will be a differential)
• strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• ability to handle multiple tasks with confidence
