Your role

• design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
• apply a broad range of software engineering techniques, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing, ci/cd and other devops practices
• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
• learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
• work in an agile way as part of multi-disciplinary teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and others

You'll be working in the Credit Investments Crew within Asset Management Technology in Pune.

Your expertise

• bachelor or master degree or equivalent focusing on computer science
• ideally 3 - 9 years of experience in a similar position focused on asset management within the finance sector
• interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
• strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
• experience with allvue systems front office solution (black mountain) a plus.
