Your role

Do you have an eye for details? Would you describe yourself as organized and capable of managing multiple priorities at once?

We’re looking for a legal intern to:

• assist on the legal coverage for Multi Family Office and Private Banking business;
• support to draft letters and notices to clients and regulatory bodies
• interact with other departments across the bank, including teams located in other jurisdictions, to understand and bring solutions to legal demands
• provide administrative support by handling internal legal requests and assisting the legal team with day-to-day operations and tasks
• assist on the review of service agreements, contractual amendments, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with current regulations and searching for legal theory and case law in the areas of financial and capital markets
• prepare presentations, memos and internal reports
• track deadlines, filings and document workflows to ensure timely follow-up

Your team

The work environment is focused on providing support to the Wealth Management division of UBS in Brazil, with daily and direct interaction with the qualified professionals in the Legal Department.

Your expertise

• students of Law with graduation by Dec/2028 or later
• ideally advanced English
• availability to work onsite in Sao Paulo's office 6 hours per day/30 hours per week
• good communication skills, analytical capability, and dedication to learning;
• good writing and text interpretation skills;
• strong interpersonal relationship skills and teamwork abilities, with flexibility to handle diverse demands;
• knowledge in Microsoft 365 package, especially Word
