Your role

As HRSD Intern you will
• support the HR SD Germany/Austria team with administrative and operational tasks
• Take ownership of simple, repetitive activities to reduce workload for permanent staff
• Help maintain green SLA performance and ensure service continuity
• Assist colleagues across the team during a period of transition
• Learn and apply HR processes while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment

Your team

You'll be working in the HR SD Germany/Austria team.
The team is part of the broader HR Service Delivery (HR SD) EMEA SMC organization and is responsible for delivering operational HR services to employees and managers in Germany and Austria. The team collaborates closely with onshore and offshore colleagues to ensure high-quality service, compliance with local regulations, and continuous process improvement. You’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive environment where knowledge sharing and teamwork are key to success.

Your expertise

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and reliably
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic HR environment
• Basic understanding of HR processes or interest in HR operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Fluency in English; German is a plus but not required
