Your role
Are you interested to reinforce our internal social counseling and case management team in an international company?
Are you experienced to give advice and counsel on topics of private and professional health challenges like addiction, finances, and conflicts?
Are you familiar with the processes of an internal case management? Would you like to contribute with your many years of consulting and/or case management experience?
To temporarily support our team for 1 year, we are looking for a social counselor and/or case manager with the following responsibilities:
• Counseling employees, line managers and HR partners due to a long-term absence (sickness/accident) with the goal of a fast and sustainable re-integration into the working process and other general support requests from employees to overcome personal and professional challenges.
• Coordination and collaboration with internal and external partners (e.g., authorities, doctors, daily sickness/accident and cantonal disability insurances, etc.)

Your team
UBS Social Counselling & Case Management is a professional internal counseling center for UBS employees and retirees in Switzerland that supports and empowers on challenges regarding private and workplace related health advice, case management in the event of long-term absences, budget and debt counseling, individual and family problems, etc.
Your expertise
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a very experienced, highly committed and competent personality.
Your expertise and qualifications :
• Degree in social work at a university of applied sciences is a prerequisite (Bachelor's/Master's)
• Several years of professional experience in social work and/or case management in areas such as corporate health/insurances/psychiatric clinics/public social services, etc.
• Education and professional experience in case management and in-depth know-how of the Swiss social insurance system is an advantage
• High level of communication and consulting skills as well as confident and competent attitude in dealing with various stakeholders including senior management
• Concise linguistic expression in our business language English and German is a must (French and/or Italian would be a plus)
• Organizational, administrative and technical skills as well as in-depth knowledge of MS Office
