Your role
Are you detail-oriented, even when multitasking? Do you embrace technological change and thrive in client-facing environments? We’re looking for someone to join our Client Connectivity team to:
• Manage front-to-back client enablement, maintenance, and disablement across UBS proprietary ePlatforms, supporting trading, pre-trade (e.g., Research), and post-trade (e.g., Trade Notification, STP) services
• Oversee client onboarding and connectivity across third-party trading and STP platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FXAll, FXConnect, MarketAxess, Tradeweb)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand connectivity needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Contribute to FIX API integration projects, ensuring seamless client connectivity and data flow
• Build and maintain Alteryx workflows to support operational efficiency and reporting
• Work with large data sets to reconcile disparate information, remediate issues, and identify trends to support decision-making using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau

Your team
You’ll be based in Krakow, working within the Client Connectivity team. The team operates globally with colleagues in London, Zurich, New York, Raleigh, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo. We partner closely with Distribution, Execution, Technology, and external platforms globally to deliver a premium front-to-back service across all products.
Your expertise
You have:
• A university degree
• 1-3+ years of experience in the financial industry
• An understanding of the trade lifecycle
• Knowledge of FIX Protocol and API integration
• Demonstrable experience of running and maintaining Alteryx workflows
• Experience working with large data sets and using Excel, SQL, or Tableau to analyze and visualize data
• Familiarity with electronic trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FXAll, FXConnect, MarketAxess, Tradeweb).
• Proven ability to engage with clients, understand their technical and business needs, and translate them into actionable solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You are:
• Adaptable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and organized
• Technologically savvy, especially with systems supporting trading activities
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
