Your role
Do you have an interest in private markets? Do you have experience in fund operations, accounting and/or internal audit? Do you want to help us assess the operational risk of private market funds and drive adoption of industry best practice?
We're looking for an operational due diligence analyst to:
• work closely with and support the operational due diligence team in conducting initial and ongoing due diligence reviews of private markets funds
• manage communication with external fund managers and fund service providers to ensure timely collection of due diligence questionnaires and other requested information
• perform desktop-based documentation reviews covering fund offering and constitutional documentation, due diligence questionnaires and presentations, compliance and valuation policies, audited financial statements etc.
• assist the team with ongoing monitoring tasks, including audited financial statement reviews, corporate actions, Form ADV reviews, AML/sanction reviews and screening, collecting and reviewing ongoing due diligence questionnaires

Your team
You'll be working in the global Unified Global Alternatives Private Markets Operational Due Diligence Team. The team is currently comprised of 8 experienced operational due diligence professionals based across Zurich, London and New York.
Your expertise
We are looking for someone with:
• undergraduate or advanced degree preferably in business, finance, accounting, engineering or another relevant field
• 1-3 years prior financial industry experience and exposure to private markets funds would be an advantage
• strong analytical, communication and critical thinking skills as well as excellent attention to detail
• ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• a high level of initiative, strong organisational skills and drive with the ability to prioritise workload and deal with conflicting priorities
• proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools
