We're looking for a Payroll-Officer to join our Germany Coverage HR Service Delivery team in Poland.

• Ensuring the smooth running of ongoing payroll in close cooperation with the payroll vendor
• Constructive contact person for employees, social security institutions and authorities on wage tax and social security law issues
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations, labor law regulations and tax guidelines
• Design and further development of payroll processes
• Conducting comprehensive salary analysis and preparing reports for the management
• Management and coordination of complex payroll projects for continuous improvement of processes

Your team

You'll be part of the HR SMC Service Delivery Team within HR Service Delivery organization. We are supporting all Germany located staff with comprehensive payroll services. There is a close cooperation with the HR Service Delivery Team in Germany as well as with our Payroll Vendor.

Your expertise

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, human resources management or a comparable qualification or completed commercial training
• Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of payroll accounting desirable due to interfaces to HR account reconciliation
• Confident handling of the MS Office package, especially Excel, experience with LOGA3 desirable
• Structured and accurate mindset
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• A flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills
